Our structure ensures that complete beginners and advanced participants alike can train at their own pace - without compromising on intensity.

Yini’s beginner rides are the best I’ve ever attended. She’s very structured and clear in her instructions and I’ve learned things from her I never knew though I’ve been spinning since 2021! She provides options for riders for all levels while guiding the beginners closely and being very attentive..

There was a good variation of exercises that targeted at my most problematic areas: glutes, core, quads. Shermein gave different levels of difficulty for the participants to challenge ourselves by choice - thank you!

If you’re not chasing the hype but want to enjoy spin at a comfortable, steady rhythm, SALT is the perfect fit. 🚴‍♀️ Did you know there’s actually a proper riding form? I only discovered this at SALT, when Ian took the time to guide me and correct my posture.

Atika was clear and encouraging, and exuded amazing energy during the class. Loved the balance of a challenge, but comfort to saddle back when I needed to. The studio was also spacious, and staff were friendly. Would definitely come back!
