Everything you need to know before your first class at SALT.

Starting your fitness journey can feel uncertain — but you won’t be figuring it out alone.

At SALT, our instructors guide you through set-up, pacing, and options so you can move comfortably at your own pace from your very first class, and our classes are structured clearly and intuitively for all levels to progress.

② Purchase your trial

Purchase your trial here and create an account if you don't already have one.

Each person can attend classes at the trial rate for up to 3 sessions.

③ Book your class

Yoga and mobility classes suitable for beginners and all levels at SALT Fitness, near Telok Blangah and Alexandra

Book a class from the schedule, and you're ready to go.

Preparing for class

RIDE
Bring socks and a water bottle. Cycling shoes (Look Keo compatible) and towels are provided.

STRENGTH & YOGA
Bring a water bottle. Shoes are optional for Strength classes.


Arrive at least 15 minutes before class
This is so we can get you set up and settled in.

Classes start on time. Late entry is not allowed to ensure safety and minimise disruption.
