Our structure ensures that complete beginners and advanced participants alike can train at their own pace - without compromising on intensity.

  • Learn proper form and technique.
    We focus on foundation and technique, and understanding how the body works. This is with the goal of making you stronger not just in the gym - but in your daily life.
  • You pick your weight.
    Guided by our coaches, you will choose the appropriate weight to carry. There is no pressure to lift heavier weights if you're not ready.
  • Options for everyone.
    There are many ways to do an exercise. Our coaches will provide variations suitable for different levels.
