Strength Classes in Singapore

At SALT, our strength classes are guided by rhythm — using music to structure movement, pace, and progressive resistance.

Strength training often comes with a very specific image — lifting heavy, pushing limits, or not knowing where to start.

At SALT, we approach it a little differently.
It’s still challenging — but structured in a way that helps you understand movement, use resistance well, and build strength progressively over time.

Train with structure — progress at your own pace

  • You follow the structure, but at your own intensity
Music and beats guide your reps, but they don’t control them. Each class is instructor-led, so you know what to do — while still choosing your weights, pace, and range of movement.
  • Technique comes before adding load
We focus on how you move first — so when you increase weight or intensity, it’s done with control and awareness, not guesswork.
  • Progressive overload, your way
Strength builds when your body is gradually challenged over time — not just through heavier weights, but also reps, sets, and intensity. Our format makes it easy to adjust on your own, while the structure and music guide your effort.
  • Built to be repeatable
Classes are designed so you can come back regularly without feeling burnt out or lost. That’s what allows strength to build over time — not just in a single session.

Strength training doesn’t always have to be associated with heavy weights or aesthetics.
We break down to provide a different perspective — from using any resistance to how strength shows up in how you feel, move, and age.

Our Strength Classes

All our classes follow a rhythm-based format — where each rep is guided by the beat.

Over time you’ll start to understand:

  • how to perform fundamental movements properly so you can progress safely
  • how different muscles are worked — so you can recognise and train them beyond class
  • your body and strengths — so you can choose the right weights and adjust when needed
  • how to manage your effort across a full session, pacing through sets without burning out

Sessions may vary in focus — from full body, upper or lower body emphasis, to bodyweight-focused formats — but the goal stays the same: build strength through controlled, consistent effort.
