Shermein’s fitness journey began with a struggle up three flights of stairs, which turned into 8 years of consistent strength training and 2 years of coaching. In her classes, expect clear cues, strong beats (think 90s remixes, manyao, modern pop), and a supportive nudge to go a little further.
Outside the studio, she's a PhD student who splits her time between academic journals and her home cafe whisking up a matcha, baking lasagna or sourdough, from scratch, no less.
