Whether it's someone who pushes you a little further or someone you've already planned a post-class meal with (yes, we see you) — having a workout buddy makes it easier and definitely more enjoyable to commit and stay consistent to your fitness routine.To close up the year, SALT Fitness is inviting you to bring a buddy along for class!

From 18 November to 31 December 2025, SALT package holders can bring a first-timer buddy to any Spin or Strength class for free. We'll return the credits used for your buddy's booking, making it the perfect time to introduce someone new to SALT and train together.


How the "Bring A Buddy for Free" promotion works

  1. Book a class for two using your credit pack.
    Select "Myself" + "Guest" when booking into the class.
  2. Attend the class together
    Your buddy must be a first-timer at SALT, and only one guest allowed per class.
  3. Credits get returned
    Once both of you attend, we'll return the credits for your buddy within 5 days.

That's it! Maybe this is the nudge your "one day I'll try!" friend has been waiting for, and who knows — this one class might be the start of someone joining you for your future Spin classes and Strength classes at SALT!


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. How many buddies can I bring?
    One first-timer per class for this promotion, between 18 November to 31 December 2025.
    If you attend multiple classes, you can bring a different first-timer each time.
  2. Can I bring more than 1 buddy?
    You can bring more than 1 guest to each class, but credits will be returned for only 1 first-timer guest per class during this promotion.
  3. Are all credits, including trial, eligible for this?
    No. This promotion is eligible only with credit packs that allow guest bookings, which do not include trial credits, monthly and unlimited memberships and selected promotion packs.
  4. Can my buddy still purchase the trial class after attending with me?
    Yes. All new customers are eligible for the trial (up to 3 classes at the trial rate)
  5. My buddy needs a little more convincing. Help me nudge them!

Besides a free first class, your buddy will experience a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment at SALT Fitness — with instructors and a community that trains to grow stronger together and lift each other up.
