Spin Classes in Singapore
At SALT, our rhythm-based spin classes are structured, guided, and built for consistency — while still delivering a challenging, full-body workout.
Spin can feel intimidating.
Fast pace, choreography, everyone moving in sync — it's easy to think you won't be able to keep up.
At SALT, that's not how it works.
You're always in control of your resistance, pace and effort.
We guide the ride with a structure, but you choose the intensity for yourself.
Ride at your own pace — properly
- You move with the class, but at your own intensity
Music and beats guide the ride, but they don’t control it. Resistance and pace are always yours to adjust — whether you’re easing in or pushing harder. - Technique matters here
We focus on how you ride, not just how fast. You’ll learn the fundamentals that help you ride more efficiently and progress over time. - Saddle is always an option
Choreography is optional. Stay seated when needed and work your way up at your own pace. - Consistency over intensity
Showing up regularly, even once a week, goes further than going all out occasionally.

Our Spin Classes
All our classes follow a rhythm-based format — where movement is guided by the beat, not just speed or output.
More than just following the ride, over time, you’ll pick up:
- how to ride in rhythm without relying on speed
- how resistance helps you stay on the beat and ride with control
- how to move efficiently in and out of saddle
- how to sustain effort through longer intervals without burning out
Some classes are built around themed playlists, from throwbacks to genre or artist-focused rides, but the principles stay the same — only the intensity changes across our class formats.
A more focused environment to ride
Our studio is set within Gillman Barracks, near Alexandra and Telok Blangah, and away from the usual city rush.
A space designed to help you focus, move with intention, and build consistency.
